What PubTrust does
PubTrust protects websites from bad ads. It screens the ads a publisher is about to show and blocks the ones that are malicious or deceptive, so readers are not redirected to scams.
Its link to search arbitrage is indirect but real. Arbitrage campaigns are advertised on publisher sites through native widgets and display ads, and a minority of those ads use misleading creatives or forced redirects. Publishers who carry them risk their readers' trust. Ad-quality tools are how a publisher keeps the honest arbitrage ads and refuses the deceptive ones.
