Bodis

Independent US domain parking company popular with domain investors; it ceased operating on 31 January 2026.

What Bodis does

Bodis was a domain parking platform, and it ceased operating on 31 January 2026. Domain owners pointed unused names at Bodis, which showed ad links or forwarded visitors to advertisers, and paid the owner a share of whatever was earned.

It is privately held and publishes little about itself, so this entry is deliberately short. Like every parking company it relied for years on Google's AdSense for Domains and did not survive Google removing parked domains from its network in 2025 and 2026. Trade press describes the rest of the industry moving to Google's RSOC product, Yahoo's ad feed and zero-click parking.

How it makes money

Until it closed, it kept a share of the ad or redirect revenue earned on customers' parked domains.

Where it meets invalid traffic

Parked traffic is often accidental, which is why advertisers pushed back. Parking platforms have to filter bots and policy-breaking domains such as typosquatting names to keep any feed.
