Are search arbitrage courses worth it?
Some teach useful mechanics, but be sceptical. No course can give you a feed, guarantee approval or promise profit, and the rules have changed so much since 2024 that older material is often wrong. Check when it was last updated, whether it covers Google's current RSOC requirements, and whether income claims show spend and final revenue, not just screenshots.
The parts of the trade that can be taught are stable: Unit economics, how a tracker and postback fit together, how to read a daily profit and loss, and what RSOC policies require. The parts that make money are not teachable in a video, because working keywords and creatives stop working once many people copy them.
Red flags include guaranteed returns, "done for you" accounts, rented agency ad accounts sold as a workaround for bans, and any advice on hiding the real landing page from reviewers. That last one is cloaking, which breaches every major platform's rules. Free material from feed providers and tracker vendors covers most of the basics.
